After Marisa & Marshall’s Engagement Shoot we knew we had a fun-loving couple on our hands. I mean how can you not just love someone like Marisa who flashes a smile at every turn; just so vibrant and full of life. And you can see how much Marshall loves her disposition by his body language around her. I thank God for all the amazing couples that have crossed paths with us. Sure we may be our own bosses but photographing for all these great people keeps us in check and inspired to take pride in everything we do because they deserve nothing less.

Ceremony + Reception held at Meridian Valley Country Club (Kent).
It was a cloudy day, Thank God it wasn't rain :)
The ceremony was really fast (around 5 min) :)Â Â I was pretty surprised it went really fast :)
Overall the Event was really fun and everyone enjoyed and danced all night long.

Bay Are Wedding Photographers
Destiny brought Wendy and Wesley together. All the signs- from her
mom's wish that she marry a preacher's son to the meaning of his name
and its interconnectedness with her family- showed that it was meant to
be. And on April 5, they tied the knot.
After Wesley played an amazing number of creative, clever, and moderately embarrassing games (one of my favorite Chinese customs), he battled and bribed his way to get Wendy.
The team of helpers and the florist did an amazing job decorating the church. I loved all the flowers and the fabric sashes.
We journeyed over the reception site, The Berkeley City Club, for the portraits. The property designed by renowned architect Julia Morgan (also know for her work on the Hearst Castle)
is perfectly gorgeous. We loved the architecture and the windows and
the courtyard gardens. We almost had too many amazing spots to shoot.
Wendy
wore three different dresses during the day, another Chinese tradition.
And the best part was that Wendy also had 3 different awesome pairs of
shows to match. But you will have to wait to see those. In the
meantime, here's Wendy looking glamorous in dress number three.

Southern California Wedding Photography. Maybe it's just me but I'm enjoying each wedding I shoot more and more. There were SO MANY things about Sang and Michelle's from yesterday that I could talk about. After being up until 4AM or so on Friday night, I was a bit worried about going about a 12+ hour day (with driving) starting at 9 in the morning. The ceremony was all the way out in Riverside, about 1.5 hours from where I live with minor traffic, and the reception was about another 40 minutes from there. But the very second I got to the ceremonial site at Mission Inn, I knew this day was going to be very special. This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I don't know if the photos I took do any justice of conveying the architectural beauty of this hidden world off the 91 and 15 freeway but check out this place if you're ever around that area.
There was no time to take a breather when I got to Mission Inn because the handsome groom with his twelve (big wedding party!) groomsmen were hanging around outside the church courtyard. And so the picture taking began...

San Diego Wedding Photography. This wedding was the most unique wedding I have ever shot or even heard of. Wedding party and guests dressed as pirates and the wedding was in a pirate ship. Jesse even had an authentic pirate sword attached to his side. Cassi looked awesome with an elegant wedding dress. I loved how their fathers had such authentic look to them they look like they popped right out of pirate movie. The only thing missing was the talking parrot. I had to make there photos look more rugged and pirate like, whatever that may be:) I think it came out nicely. The one on the bottom with Jessie and his father hugging and making ‘aarrggghh’ face is my all time favorite. Father willing to dress like a pirate and having pride and fun doing it. I love it.
